He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, attended a graduate program e in Finance and Business Efficiency from FIA Business School and an MBA in Auditing, Controllership, and Corporate Finance from Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV). Alessandro also has worked as a professor in graduate program at different institutions on the topics of Corporate Investigation, Risk Management, and Compliance.
He has worked for over 20 years in Forensic Services and extensive expertise in sensitive corporate investigation cases, as well as litigation and governance structuring for achieving certifications and seals in national and multinational projects.
He has led projects for the implementation of Compliance and Investigation Programs, many of which originated from Operation Car Wash processes, with direct interaction with law firms and the Federal Public Prosecutor’s Office. In addition to investigation processes for compliance with Brazilian Anti-Corruption Law, he has experience in fraud investigations and Compliance programs across various industry sectors.
He has also led FCPA projects for American multinationals to meet the requirements and direct requests from the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).
