He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, is certified in International Financial Reporting - IFRS by ACCA (the global body for professional accountants), and holds an MBA in Financial Management, Auditing, and Controllership from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV.
A registered professional with the Brazilian Bar Association – OAB, with experience in tax consulting and litigation. He has had over 20 years of experience working on both national and international levels.
Specialized in direct and indirect taxes, his experience includes the preparation and analysis of tax planning, advisory in mergers and acquisitions, tax burden reviews, international treaties and transfer pricing analysis, as well as providing technical-expert services for defense against tax assessments.
