Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from UNESP (Universidade Estadual Paulista) and Accounting from UNIP (Universidade Paulista).
Experience
More than 10 years of professional experience with Grant Thornton Brazil, and has participated in a short-term secondment program with Grant Thornton Detroit, U.S.
Eduardo is Grant Thornton Brazil’s US GAAP/PCAOB and SEC thought leadership director and has led numerous component audits of SEC issuers and private companies. The executive is the lead on a Brazilian based Foreign Private Issuer. He specializes in local and international engagements in a variety of sectors, mainly manufacturing and services.
Eduardo is specialized in attending referred clients from other GT offices worldwide, including U.S SEC registrants.
