Executive MBA from Insper-Sao Paulo. Bachelor degree in Accounting from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - California Board of Accountancy and member of the Conselho Regional de Contabilidade de São Paulo (CRC-SP).
Experience
More than 23 years of professional experience, serving national and international clients from various industries, including auditing and advisory clients. Specialized in matters related to accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (U.S. GAAP), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Extensive experience with publicly traded companies on the NYSE (Foreign Private Issuers), including the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) reporting process and internal control requirements.
Participated in capital market transactions totaling more than R$ 13 billion, including IPO processes and other national and international transactions and several M&A transactions.
From September 2007 to September 2009, he worked in New York, where he served global clients in the implementation of international accounting standards (IFRS).
