Graduated in Law from the Catholic University of Pernambuco.
Experience
She has over 15 years of experience in tax consulting and due diligence, tax reviews, credit recovery, tax planning, advisory for obtaining, reviewing calculations, and maximizing tax incentives, as well as in corporate restructuring projects, mergers, spin-offs, and acquisitions of companies.
Over the past 11 years, she has worked as a specialist in M&A, focusing on due diligence projects in the tax area (sell-side and buy-side), serving a wide variety of private equity funds and strategic investors, with a focus on the education, technology, consumer goods, healthcare, financial services, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. Throughout her career, she has participated in projects alongside teams from Europe, the United States, and Asia.
