Her experience and career have been built in the field of Human Resources, focusing on labor routines, benefits, payroll management, taxes, and related obligations, focusing in compliance and reducing labor and social-security risks for clients.
She has a strong experience and background in people management, metrics and indicators management, continuous improvement, and project management, including strategic projects aimed at enhancing the client experience and ensuring their success.
At Grant Thornton Brasil, she leads payroll outsourcing operations and labor routines for clients in a wide range of industries.
