Romeu has a degree in Accounting from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul - UFRGS

Experience

He has more than 15 years of experience in the audit area, performing accounting and financial audit and review work, accounting appraisal report and other administrative activities.
Romeu has extensive experience in domestic and multinational companies in accounting auditing, in accordance with BRGAAP and IFRS, of internal controls. He has also participated in Due Diligence, IPO, appraisal reports, with extensive experience in companies private and open markets in various segments such as: education, oil and gas, telecommunications, footwear, energy generators, food, biodiesel and retailers, leading various work carried out on these clients.
