Qualifications
Graduated in Accounting and holds an MBA in Business Management - Trevisan School of Business. Member of the Brazilian Institute of Independent Auditors (IBRACON). He is registered with the National Register of Independent Auditors (CNAI), the Federal Accounting Council (CFC), and is registered to operate in the securities market (CVM - Securities Commission).
Experience
He has over 17 years of experience in external auditing, starting his career in São Paulo with Big 4 audit firms. From 2019 to 2024, he led audits for conglomerates and family businesses in the North and Northeast regions. He has worked with national and international companies across different sectors, including industry, mining, services, energy, education, health, and non-profit organizations.
He has strong expertise in financial statements prepared under BRGAAP, CPC PME, IFRS, and US GAAP. He also has experience with companies registered with the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM), debt raising (CRA, 144A and Series B/CVM bond issues) and IPOs.
